Terms And Conditions

• 50% of the booking total is required to confirm the booking
• The balance must be paid in full 28 days prior to arrival
• Booking made less than 28 days before arrival must be paid in full to confirm the booking
• No smoking inside the cottage
• No pets
• Discounts available for booking of 30 nights or more
• Breakages: Any breakage/damage to Brown's Cottage or Lakeside Mountain Cottage or Lakeside Mountain Cabin property shall be for the account of the person holding the booking and shall be payable before departure.
• Liability Disclaimer: The owners will not accept liability for any personal injury, or loss or damage of or to people or possessions sustained by the occupants during their stay at Brown’s Cottage or Lakeside Mountain Cottage or Lakeside Mountain Cabin, and the person holding the booking hereby indemnifies and holds the owners harmless against any claim which may arise by virtue of any personal injury, or loss or damage to the persons or possessions of any occupant, having occupation under the person holding the booking including the person holding the booking and any guests or visitors they may have.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 56 days prior to arrival - you forfeit 25% of deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 56 days prior to arrival and more than 28 days prior to arrival - you forfeit 100 % of deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 28 days prior to arrival - you forfeit 75% of total booking cost.
• No shows (guests not arriving on the date of arrival without prior notice) - you forfeit 100% of booking cost.
